REMOVAL - REFITTING ANCILLARY DRIVE BELT

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Tensioner roller tensioning lever (-).0194-E .

[2] Tensioner roller immobilisation pin ø 4 mm (-).0194-F2 .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove the style cover .

Actuate the tensioner roller using the lever [1] .

Pin the tensioner roller using the pin [2] .

Remove the belt .

3 - REFITTING

Check that the roller turns freely (no play or tight spot) .

IMPERATIVE : when re-using the belt, refit it in the direction of rotation marked during removal .

Fit the belt ending with the dynamic tensioner roller .

IMPERATIVE : take care that the belt is correctly located in the grooves of the various pulleys .

Actuate the tensioner roller using the lever [1] .
