REMOVAL - REFITTING EGR VALVE

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the style cover .

Remove :

• the scuttle grille
• the air filter (1) cover
• the air filter cartridge
• the air filter bowl (2)

Disconnect the vacuum take-off (2) from the egr valve .

Remove :

• the securing bolts (3)
• the clic clips (4)
• the securing bolt (5)
• the EGR valve
• recover the egr valve metal seal (7) and the o-ring (8)

2 - REFITTING

Always renew :

• the metal seal (7)
• the O-ring (8)
• the clic clips (4)

Tighten :

• the egr valve bolts (6) to 1 dan.m
• the pipe bolts (5), to 1 dan.m
• the bolts (3) to 0.5 da.Nm

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
