MODIFICATION WATER OUTLET HOUSING

Earlier assembly : The water outlet housing (1) is made of an aluminium alloy and is secured by 8 bolts with washers .

Later assembly : The water outlet housing (1) is made of a synthetic material and the bolts with washers are replaced with flanged bolts (which cannot be separated from the housing) .

1 - REMOVAL

IMPERATIVE : press on the boss of the coolant temperature sensor and detach the housing gradually using a screwdriver .

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

3 - TIGHTENING TORQUES

Tightening torque 1.0 da.Nm (Risk of cracking) .

4 - INTERCHANGEABILITY

The new assembly is interchangeable on TU1JP - TU3JP - TU5JP engines .
