REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR DAMPER

1 - REMOVAL

Lift and support the vehicle with the rear wheels suspended .

Place a hydraulic stand (A) under the lower spring cup .

Compress the spring a little .

Remove the fastener (1) .

Remove :

• the shock absorber upper mounting bolts (2)
• remove the damper

2 - REFITTING

Secure the upper section of the shock absorber on the body to 6.2 dan.m .

Pin the lower section of the shock absorber on the axle .

Return the vehicle to its wheels .

SET THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE TO REFERENCE HEIGHT H2 .

Tighten the shock absorber lower mounting bolt (1) to 5.7 dan.m .
