REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT/REAR DOOR INLET SEAL

1 - REMOVAL

1 - 1 - FRONT DOOR

Remove :

• the front side sill trim (1)
• the centre pillar lower trim (5 door)

Detach : The tail panel (2) (3 door) .

Pull on, then detach the seal (3) around the door opening .

1 - 2 - REAR DOOR

Remove :

• the rear side sill trim (4)
• the centre pillar lower trim

Pull on, then detach the seal (5) around the door opening .

2 - REFITTING

For front door seal only :

• front right door seal (coloured white)
• front left door seal (coloured green)

Position the colour identification (6) in the top rear corner .

Distribute the seal (7) in loops on the flange :

• fit with a mallet on the roof side (8)
• fit with a mallet on the hinge side (9)
• fitting using a mallet on the b post side or on the rear wing side depending on the case (10)
• finish the fitting on the sill (11) side

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
