REMOVAL - REFITTING RAIN SENSOR

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the rain sensor cover .

Disconnect the connector (1) .

Unclip the sensor (A) at and remove it .

2 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : following each removal, replace the rain sensor : perfect cleanness of the contact area of the sensor on the windscreen is necessary for correct operation of the sensor .

Detach the protector (2) unclipping the retaining clips .

IMPERATIVE : do not touch the contact area (B) with your fingers .

Clip the sensor onto the windscreen .

Connect the connector (1) .

IMPERATIVE : if the sensor cover clips are damaged, replace the cover .

Position the cover (3) in the trim passage (4) .

Clip the cover onto the sensor bracket (5) .

Then clip the cover at (C - D - E) .

Check the electrical operation .
