REMOVAL - REFITTING BODY CAPPINGS

(1) Windscreen pillar trims .

(2) Front side sill trim .

(5) Rear side sill trim .

(6) Centre pillar lower trim .

(9) B post upper trim .

(13) Quarter panel lower trim .

(16) Quarter panel upper trim .

1 - REMOVAL SCREEN PILLAR TRIM

Unseat the door aperture seal in the trim area .

Unclip the windscreen pillar trim (1) towards the interior, from top to bottom .

Detach the trim upwards and remove it .

2 - REMOVAL SIDE SILL TRIMS

2 - 1 - FRONT TRIM

Lift then gradually detach the side sill trim (2) to release the clips located at (A) .

Unclip the side sill trim (2) at (B) .

Remove the trim (2) .

2 - 2 - REAR TRIM

Fold the cushion of the rear bench seat .

Remove the fastener (3) .

Fold the seat back .

Remove the fastener (4) .

Lift then unclip at the front the side sill trim (5) (At C) .

Unclip the side sill trim (5) at (D) .

Lift the seat back slightly then detach the side sill trim (5) .

Remove the rear side sill trim (5) .

3 - REMOVAL CENTRE PILLAR LOWER TRIM

Remove the front side sill trim .

Move the front seat forward as far as possible .

Unclip the rear side sill trim at (E) .

Unclip the b/c post lower trim (6) at (F) .

Remove the b/c post lower trim (6) pulling it towards (G) and detaching it at (E) .

4 - REMOVAL B POST UPPER TRIM

Remove the b/c post lower trim .

Remove :

• the seat belt strap (7) fixing
• the fastener (8)

Unclip the b/c post upper trim (9) at (H) and at (I) .

Pass the seat belt strap (10) through the b/c post upper trim (9) .

Remove the b/c post upper trim (9) .

5 - REMOVAL QUARTER PANEL LOWER TRIM

Remove :

• the rear parcel tray
• the 3 mountings (11)

Detach the boot seal (12) .

Detach the quarter panel lower trim (13) .

Disconnect the boot light connector on the left quarter panel lower trim only .

Disconnect the accessories socket connector on the left quarter panel lower trim only, and according to equipment .

Remove the quarter panel lower trim (13) .

6 - REMOVAL QUARTER PANEL UPPER TRIM

Remove :

• the rear parcel tray
• the quarter panel lower trim

Detach the seal (15) .

Remove the rear quarter panel upper seal (16) ; Observing the following order :

• unclip the trim at (J)
• remove the trim pulling it towards (K) and detaching it at (L)

7 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the correct electrical operation of the equipment .

Tightening torques :

• tighten the seat belt strap fixing 2.5 to dan.m
