REMOVAL - REFITTING HEATER BLOWER

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the trim (1) under the fascia
• the fasteners (2)
• the console flange (3)
• the trim (4), unclipping it downwards

Remove the safety clip locking the screw (5) .

IMPERATIVE : lock the steering lock, with the wheels straight ahead (do not unlock it until the screw (5) has been replaced) .

Remove the bolt (5) .

Tilt the ball joint (6) towards (A) to uncouple it .

Disconnect the connectors (7) (According to specification) .

Unclip the connector (8) from the instrument panel .

Unlock the blower (9), rotating it clockwise .

Pull on the blower (9) to detach it .

Remove the blower (9), moving aside the instrument panel .

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the electrical operation .

Tightening torque of bolt (5) : 2.2 da.Nm .
