REMOVAL - REFITTING COOLING COMPRESSOR

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] {{N11950}} kit d'obturateurs de compresseur (-).1701-H .

[2] {{N11955}} station d'entretien climatisation (Approval number FAC.17.08) .

2 - REMOVAL

remove the ancillary drive belt .

{{N11951}} vidanger le fluide frigorigène et le récupérer ; Using the tool [2] .

Remove the engine protective undershield .

Remove the bolts (1) .

Disconnect the compressor inlet and outlet unions .

Quickly seal the compressor inlets and outlets and the pipes ({{N11952}} à l'aide des obturateurs [1]) .

Disconnect the compressor electrical supply (A) .

Slacken the bolts (2) .

Remove the compressor (With the bolts (2)) .

3 - REFITTING

{{N11956}} reposer le compresseur équipé des vis de fixation (2) : Tightening torque 2.5 da.Nm .

Reconnect the supply connector (A) .

IMPERATIVE : reconnect all the connectors fitted with new seals, lubricated with compressor oil .

fit the ancillary drive belt .

Charge the refrigerant circuit ; Using the tool [2] .
