REMOVAL - REFITTING OPENING SUN ROOF

1 - REMOVAL

Sunroof closed .

Remove :

• the bolts (1)
• the sunroof moving panel (2)

2 - REFITTING

With the help of a second operator, fit the moving panel .

WARNING : the channels must be on the outside in relation to the moving panel securing angle brackets ; each channel positioning finger must be in place in the groove of each angle bracket .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

2 - 1 - ADJUSTMENT

(A) Front of the vehicle .

Measure the flush fitting dimension at the positions indicated on the figure .

Adjust the flush fitting at the front, operating on the bolts (1) .

The flush fitting of the moving panel/roof must be adjusted to the centre of the permitted tolerance, that is 1.5 mm .

Adjust the flush fitting at the rear, operating on the bolts (1) .

The flush fitting of the moving panel/roof must be adjusted to the centre of the permitted tolerance, that is 1.5 mm .

Tighten the bolts (1) to 0.45 daN.m .

initialise and programme the sunroof .

Perform several tests of operation .
