REMOVAL - REFITTING LOWER MANIFOLD

1 - REMOVAL

remove injection rails .

Remove the 8 nuts (1) .

Remove the bolt (2) .

Remove the oil vapours breather connectors assembly (3) .

Remove the manifold (4) .

Remove the seals (5) .

Blank the intake holes and the injector holes (A) .

2 - REFITTING

Unblock the holes .

Refit the seals and the manifold .

Finger tighten then progressively tighten the securing bolts in the order shown :

• pre-tighten : 0,4 da.Nm
• tightening torque: 0,8 da.Nm
• check the tightening : 0,8 da.Nm

refit the injection rails .

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .
