3 - REMOVAL : SOLENOID VALVE BRACKET

3 - 1 - REMOVAL : PEF (PARTICULATE EMISSION FILTER) MIXING CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Disconnect :

• the pipe (16) - orange/white identification mark : at (B)
• the pipe (17) - orange identification mark : at (A)
• the connector

3 - 2 - REMOVAL : TURBO CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPE

Disconnect :

• the pipes (11) - (12) - no identification : at (D)
• the pipe (13) - grey mark-white : at (E)

3 - 3 - REMOVAL : EGR VALVE SOLENOID AND EGR METERING CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Disconnect :

• the pipe (14) - blue/white marking : at (F)
• the pipe (15) - white marking : at (G)

3 - 4 - REMOVAL : SWIRL CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Disconnect the pipe (20) - Brown marking : At (C) .

(23) Supply to swirl butterfly vacuum capsule : Brown/white marking .

Move aside the solenoid valve bracket (9) .

4 - REFITTING : SOLENOID VALVE BRACKET

NOTE : all the pipes must be pushed on fully, and in no circumstances fit a clip to them, unless specified .

4 - 1 - REFITTING : EGR VALVE SOLENOID AND EGR METERING CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Reconnect :

• the pipe (14) - blue/white marking : at (F)
• the pipe (15) - white marking : at (G)

4 - 2 - REFITTING : TURBO CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPE

Reconnect :

• the pipes (11) - (12) - no identification : at (D)
• the pipe (13) - grey mark-white : at (E)

4 - 3 - REFITTING : PEF (PARTICULATE EMISSION FILTER) MIXING CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Reconnect :

• the pipe (16) - orange/white identification mark : at (B)
• the pipe (17) - orange identification mark : at (A)

4 - 4 - REFITTING : SWIRL CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE PIPES

Reconnect the pipe (20) - Brown marking : At (C) .

(23) Supply to swirl butterfly vacuum capsule : Brown/white marking .

Replace the solenoid valves bracket (9) .
