REMOVAL - REFITTING GLOW PLUGS

1 - REMOVAL

Disconnect the battery .

remove the egr solenoid valve (1) .

Remove :

• the nut (2)
• the bolt (3)
• the collar (4)

Move aside the egr exchanger (5) without disconnecting the hoses attached to it .

Remove : The 4 nuts (6) .

Move aside : The glow plugs supply rail (7) .

Remove the glow plugs .

2 - REFITTING

Always renew :

• the nut (2)
• the collar (4) (specific to Service)

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten :

• the spark plugs : 1 da.Nm
• the nut (2)
• the bolts (3) : 3 da.Nm
