REMOVAL - REFITTING EXHAUST REAR MANIFOLD

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the green connector on the rear lambda sensor
• the front and rear pre-catalytic converters

Remove :

• the upper heat shield on the exhaust manifold (1)
• the 10 nuts (2) on the exhaust manifold
• the rear exhaust manifold

2 - REFITTING

Replace the manifold seal .

Refit the manifold .

Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown :

• pre-tighten : 1 da.Nm
• tightening torque: 3 da.Nm

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .
