REMOVAL - REFITTING EGR VALVE

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the style cover
• the air filter and its connections

Remove :

• the turbo pipe (1)
• the oil vapours breather tube (2)

Move aside the solenoid valve bracket (3) .

Move aside the hose (3) .

Disconnect the pipe (4) .

Remove :

• the collars (5)
• the pipe (6)
• the 2 bolts (7)
• EGR valve

Retrieve the joint .

2 - REFITTING

Always renew :

• the seal
• the collars (5) (specific to Service)

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten :

• the bolts (7) to 1 da.Nm
