B1KG08K1 - 607 DW12TED4 ENGINE

REMOVAL - REFITTING ADDITIVE RESERVOIR

IMPERATIVE : before carrying out any work, put on goggles and gloves .

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] plug for click-on union diameter 10 mm .

[2] click-on union diameter 8 mm .

[3] plug for click-on union diameter 8 mm .

2 - REMOVAL

Place the vehicle on a lift .

DW12TED4 ENGINE

Disconnect :

• the breather pipe (1)
• the hoses (2) and (3)

IMPERATIVE : fit the plugs [1], [2], [3] on the unions (1), (2), (3) immediately to prevent contamination of the additive circuit .

Disconnect the connector (4) .

DW12TED4 ENGINE

Remove :

• the clamp (5)
• the heat shield (6)
• the clip (7)

DW12TED4 ENGINE

Incline the reservoir slightly to detach the lugs (8) .

3 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
