REPLACEMENT AUTOMATIC GEARBOX INPUT AND OUTPUT SPEED SENSORS

1 - IDENTIFICATION

(1) Automatic gearbox input speed sensor .

(1a) Automatic gearbox output speed sensor .

(1b) Spacer washer .

2 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Connector extraction tool (-).0336-F .

3 - AUTOMATIC GEARBOX INPUT SPEED SENSOR REPLACEMENT

Removal .

Drain the gearbox .

Remove the casing from the hydraulic block .

Remove the bolt (2) and the input speed sensor .

Unclip the connector (3), Using the tool [1] .

Refitting .

Refasten the connector (3) .

Fit the sensor .

Tighten the bolt (2) to 0,8 da.Nm .

Refit the steel casing with a new seal .

Fill the gearbox - Check the level .

4 - AUTOMATIC GEARBOX OUTPUT SPEED SENSOR REPLACEMENT

Removal .

Remove the hydraulic block .

Remove the sensor (4) .

Be careful with the spacer washer (1b) .

Unclip the connector from the sensor using the tool [1] .

Refitting .

Fit the sensor .

Tightening torque 1 da.Nm .

Refasten the connector .

Refit the hydraulic block .
