REMOVAL - REFITTING HYDRAULIC BLOCK

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS


[1] Connector extraction tool (-).0336 F .

2 - REMOVAL

WARNING : this operation requires a lot of care and the removal/refitting procedure must be followed precisely - all the necessary cleanliness precautions must be taken as well .


Remove :

Disconnect the connector (1) .

drain the gearbox .


Remove :


Remove the stop clip (5) from the KOSTAL connector .


Slacken the hydraulic block securing bolts (large head) (6) .

Remove the bolts (6) .


Remove the speed sensor (7) from the automatic gearbox .

Disconnect the automatic gearbox input speed sensor connector (8) using the tool [1] .

Remove the hydraulic block (9) .


Disconnect the automatic gearbox output speed sensor connector using tool [1] .

3 - IDENTIFICATION


(A)- Automatic gearbox output speed sensor connector .

(B)- Regulator Number 6 .

(C)- Solenoid valve MV1 .

(D)- Regulator Number 4 .

(E)- Vehicle speed sensor (Automatic transmission input) .

(F)- Fluid temperature sensor .

(G)- Regulator Number 3 .

(H)- Solenoid valve MV2 .

(I)- Regulator Number 5 .

Note :

4 - REFITTING

Offer up the hydraulic block .


Engage the KOSTAL connector in its seat ensuring that it is positioned correctly .

Clip the automatic gearbox output speed sensor connector .


Refit the clip (5), lug downwards .

Clip the automatic gearbox outlet speed sensor connector previously removed .

Fit the sensor .


Engage the hydraulic block taking care not to trap the electrical wires .


Ensure that the lever is engaged correctly in the selector valve .


Check that the electrical harness is correctly positioned in the sheathings (upper, lower) .

Tighten the hydraulic block securing bolts in a spiral pattern .

Tightening torque : 0.8 da.Nm .

Refit a new casing seal .


Before refitting the casing, check the presence and correct positioning of the magnets (10) .

WARNING : when refitting the casing, take care not to catch the seal on the gearbox bosses .

Tightening torque : 0,6 da.Nm .

Refit the components removed .

fill the gearbox .

check the level .
