REMOVAL - REFITTING BOOT STRUTS

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the luggage compartment carpet .

REMOVE THE REAR PANEL TRIM .

Remove the bottom fasteners (1) .

Remove the upper fasteners (2) .

Remove the side trim (3) from the luggage compartment seal then detach it from the luggage compartment connections .

Fold down the side trim toward the centre of the luggage compartment .

Keep the luggage compartment lid open .

Passenger compartment side :

• using a screwdriver blade, release the clip (4) in order to detach the strut from the ball joint
• allow the strut (5) to hang down

Boot side :

• identical operation on passenger compartment side
• remove the struts

2 - REFITTING

First of all fit the strut (5) on the ball joint on the passenger compartment side .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
