REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT DOOR OPENING MECHANISM

1 - TOOLING

[1] : Chisel sharpened to an angle of 30 ° .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• THE TRIM PAD
• THE LOWER OPENING CONTROL

Carefully detach the sealing film at the rear .

Remove the part (1) .

Using the tool [1], cut the rivet heads (2) .

Disconnect the connector (3) .

Remove the burglar-proof cover (4) .

Remove the fasteners (5) .

Remove the burglar-proof cover (6) via the opening A .

Detach the rod (7) at the top .

Detach the rod (8) at the bottom .

Remove the fasteners (9) .

Pivot the door opening mechanism to detach the rod (10) .

Remove the opening mechanism .

3 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : retrieve the rivets which have fallen in the base of the door .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

IMPERATIVE : IF THE SEALING SHEET IS TORN, REPLACE IT .
