REMOVAL - REFITTING HEADLINING WITH FLAP

1 - TOOLING

[1] : Stripping tool (Workshop reference (-).1349-H) .

2 - REMOVAL

Using adhesive tape identify the clipping points A, B, C,D, E, F, G, in order not to damage the trim when removing it .

Establishment of securing points (starting from the front edge of the throttle) :

• A : 105 mm
• B : 225 mm
• C : 550 mm
• D : 765 mm
• E : 935 mm
• F : 1150 mm
• G : 1305 mm

Using the tool [1], unclip the roof trim (1) at points A, B, C, D, E, F, G, starting with the front of the vehicle .

Remove : The roof trim (1) .

Using a screwdriver, unclip the two hinges (2) .

Remove the flap assembly (3) with its hinges (2) .

Pull on the hinges (2) to detach them from the pins .

Remove the cover (3) giving access to the roof bars fastening supports .

3 - REFITTING

A : Roof .

B : Body side .

Check the condition of the securing clips (4) .

IMPERATIVE : if a clip is damaged, replace it and check that the clips are in the correct position (at the stop against the roof) .

Because these clips are identical, when removing them observe the colour marking under the clip :

• right side, marking to the front
• left side, marking to the rear

When removing the roof trim, take care to reposition correctly the seals at the two ends of the trim .
