REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR PARCEL TRAY TRIM

1 - REMOVAL

Opening the rear doors .

Boot opening (Access to the rear seat locks) .

REMOVE THE REAR SEAT CUSHION .

Unlock and tilt the rear seat backs .

Remove :

• THE RIGHT AND LEFT CASINGS
• THE LOUD SPEAKERS ON THE REAR SHELF

Remove the seat belt lower mountings (1) .

From inside the boot, remove the 3 concealing screen fixings (2) (According to specification) .

Through the interior of the vehicle .

Remove :

• the clips (3)
• the fixing (4) in the storage compartment

Pull the trim (5) towards you carefully to detach it from the rear shelf .

Disconnect :

• the third brake light connector (6)
• the electric concealing screen connector (7) (according to specification)

Unclip the finishers (8) from the trim (5) .

Detach the seat belt straps (9) through the finishers (8) .

Remove the finishers (8) .

Pass the 3 rear seat belts through the openings in the trim (5) .

Remove the rear shelf trim .

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten the seat belt bolts (1) to a torque of 2.3 ± 0.5 dan.m .

Check the operation of the seat belts and of the other equipment .
