REMOVAL - REFITTING OPENING SUN ROOF

1 - REMOVAL

Unclip the mechanism cover (1) at the top and at the bottom .

Remove :

• the fasteners (2)
• the sliding panel (3)

2 - REFITTING

NOTE : fit the moving panel ensuring that the grooves are outside the moving panel securing angle brackets .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

WARNING : replace the damaged clips of the mechanism cover .

3 - ADJUSTMENTS

Measure the clearances between the exterior surface of the roof and the interior section of the seal; the panel is adjusted by moving the fixings (2) :

• front section : -2 mm ≤ X1 ≤ 0 mm
• rear section : 0 mm ≤ X2 ≤ 2 mm

Tighten the fasteners (2) to 0,45 ± 0,1 da.Nm .

NOTE : operate the assembly several times (at least 2 times) .
