REMOVAL - REFITTING BODY CAPPINGS

(1) Screen pillar trim .

(5) Grab handles .

(13) B post upper trim .

(18) Rear quarter panel trim .

(19) Centre pillar lower trim .

(20) - (21) Sill panel trim .

1 - REMOVAL - REFITTING SCREEN PILLAR TRIM

1 - 1 - REMOVAL

Partially unclip the door aperture seals .

Remove the trim (1) by detaching :

• the clips incorporated in the centre (2)
• the pre-positioning pin at the bottom (3)
• the retaining hook (4) lifting upwards

1 - 2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

2 - REMOVAL - REFITTING GRAB HANDLE

2 - 1 - REMOVAL

- A : Tilt the handle (5) .

- B : Using a flat tool, detach the covers (6) .

- C : Remove the mountings (7) and the handle .

2 - 2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

3 - REMOVAL - REFITTING B POST UPPER TRIM

3 - 1 - REMOVAL

Move the front seat forward as far as possible .

Tilt the backrest forwards .

Move aside the cover (8) .

Remove the fastener (9) .

Strip the seat belt strap .

Remove :

• the cover (11)
• the fastener (12)

Unclip the b post upper trim (13) .

Pull upwards to detach it .

Pass the seat belt strap (10) through the upper trim (13) .

Remove the trim (13) .

3 - 2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tightening of the bolt (9) to 2.3 ± 0.6 daN.m .

4 - REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR QUARTER PANEL TRIM

4 - 1 - REMOVAL

Partially unclip the door aperture seals (14) .

Remove the quarter panel trim (18) following the procedure below .

- D : Unclip the clip (15) at the rear, pulling inwards .

- E : Move upwards to detach the hook (16) .

- F : Remove the trim pushing it forward to detach the pin (17) .

4 - 2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

WARNING : the pin mounting (17) must be correctly engaged in the hole in the trim to ensure it is fitted correctly; this mounting determines the triggering of the curtain airbag .

5 - REMOVAL - REFITTING CENTRE PILLAR LOWER TRIM

5 - 1 - REMOVAL

Move the front seat forward as far as possible .

Partially unclip the side sill trims (20) - (21) .

Unclip the lower trim (19) at the bottom .

Move aside the trim then unseat it at the top by pulling downwards .

Remove the trim .

5 - 2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

6 - REMOVAL - REFITTING SILL PANEL TRIM

6 - 1 - REMOVAL FRONT TRIM

Lift then gradually detach the side sill trim (20) to release the clips located at (G) .

Remove the trim (20) .

6 - 2 - REMOVAL REAR TRIM

Lift then unclip at the front the side sill trim (21) .

Lift the seat cushion slightly then detach, at the rear, the side sill trim (21) .

Remove the trim (21) .

6 - 3 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
