SIM CARD DIFFICULTIES (CAR-PHONE RT2)
Telephone RT2 does not work in spite of the insertion of an old generation sim card or of a BOUYGUES TELECOM sim card, when the telephone is used .
1 - INCOMPATIBILITY OF THE SIM CARD
In the case of customers who have an old generation card :
For customers in possession of a BOUYGUES TELECOM card :
WARNING : (reimbursement by warranty claim) ; this kit contains a sim card and a subscription contract. it offers 2 months subscription free of charge (100 minutes/month), then the customer can choose between continuation of his subscription (paid) or cancellation at no expense .
2 - LINE OPENING PROCEDURE (WHEN PREPARING THE VEHICLE)
2 - 1 - OPERATION
The sim card and the documents completed at the time of the sale are required .
From a land line call the number 03-20-60-86-38 dedicated to line SFR opening and follow the instructions .
To do this, an rib (bank identity statement) or an rip (postal identity statement), a cancelled cheque, a copy of a form of identification and a kbis extract (company identity) for companies are required .
Complete the two contracts and have them signed by the customer (special conditions and general conditions) .
On the contract, note the contract numbers, pin and gsm numbers .
After one hour, verify the activation of the line from the keypad and from the customer contact centre (ccc) button PEUGEOT .
If there is a problem, contact the team SFR on no. 03-20-60-86-38 .
For the test concerning the badged button PEUGEOT :
2 - 2 - OPERATION (ON DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER)
Explain and demonstrate the operation of the RT2 .
Insert the sim card in the telephone and carry out a test .
Make a call to the ccc (customer contact centre) .
If the information (name, telephone no. and vin) was sent when the line was activated, the ccc (customer contact centre) will be able to recognise the customer directly and greet him personally .
State that the call relates to a delivery to a customer .
