REMOVAL - REFITTING HYDRAULIC BLOCK - SOLENOID VALVES
1 - REMOVAL
1 - 1 - HYDRAULIC BLOCK
WARNING : this operation requires a great deal of care; take all possible cleanliness precautions .
Place the vehicle on a lift .
Disconnect the battery .
Position a tray to retrieve the oil from the hydraulic block cover (Approximately 1,5 litre(s)) .
Remove :
Unclip the connectors of sequence solenoid valves, gently levering them with a screwdriver .
Disconnect the 6 sequence solenoid valves .
Remove the 7 bolts (3) .
Move aside the hydraulic block .
Disconnect the solenoid valves (4) - (5) .
Remove the hydraulic block .
IMPERATIVE : do not drop the manual valve (6) .
1 - 2 - SOLENOID VALVE(S) IN THE HYDRAULIC BLOCK
(6) Manual valve (MV) .
(7) EVS1 sequential solenoid valve .
(8) EVS2 sequential solenoid valve .
(9) EVS3 sequential solenoid valve .
(10) EVS4 sequential solenoid valve .
(11) EVS5 sequential solenoid valve .
(12) EVS6 sequential solenoid valve .
(13) Main pressure modulation solenoid valve EVM .
(14) Converter pressure modulating solenoid valve (differential solenoid valve) .
NOTE : it is not necessary to remove the hydraulic block in order to remove the sequence solenoid valves .
IMPERATIVE : as soon as the solenoid valve (11) is removed, ensure that the hydraulic slide valve is controlled by the solenoid valve, so that it does not fall ; change the solenoid valve seals each time the solenoid valves are refitted .
NOTE : the mounting bolts of the solenoid valves are tightened to 1 dan.m .
2 - REFITTING
IMPERATIVE : check the presence of the seals (15) (new seals) .
Offer up the hydraulic block .
Reconnect the solenoid valves (4) - (5) .
WARNING : take care that the manual valve (6) is engaged in the lug (A) of the notched section (16) .
Replace the mounting bolts in the hydraulic block (Tightening torque 0.8 da.Nm) Follow the order indicated .
Reconnect the 6 sequence solenoid valves .
IMPERATIVE : adjust the internal control, the plate (17) and the notched section (16) ; adjust the multifunction switch .
Ensure that the gear selector lever functions correctly in all the positions .
