VAG-COM

Except for known issues, VAG-COM will allow you to perform all VAG-1551/1552 functions called for in your car's Workshop Manual.    Please test VAG-COM in Shareware Mode before registering/activating it.   If you are not satisfied that it works as we say it does, you may return the hardware for a full refund (less shipping costs) so long as  you have not registered/activated the software.    No refunds will be given once you have received an activation code for the software.

If you have a problem with VAG-COM, do not hesitate to contact us.   We really want to know of any problems or issues, so that we can improve the software.

Addendum 11. December 2001:   It is incumbent on the customer to make a good-faith effort(*) to test the system with his PC and vehicle in timely fashion after receiving it.    Any problems should be reported by e-mail within 30 days of receipt.    Requests for refunds made after 30 days, where no written record of a problem exists, are subject to a restocking fee of 10% per month calculated from the date you received your system.    Reasonable exceptions to the 30 days will be made where systems where circumstances warrant, such as when the system is purchased as a gift.  

(*) Making a good-faith effort may include having to call us from in front of your PC, with it connected to the car we can "see" exacly what's happening.   Simply e-mailing us and saying "It doesn't work, I want my money back!" does not constitute a good-fath effort.
