Pre-stroke Control Fuel Injection Pump

For reduced NOx and smoke emissions and better power output, fuel consumption and cold starting characteristics in truck and bus diesel engines, the fuel must be atomized as finely as possible (requiring higher spray pressures) as it is injected into the cylinders.
The Pre-stroke Control Fuel Injection Pump employs a variable control system that regulated by increasing pump plunger lift at low engine speeds and reducing it at higher speeds to maintain the optimum pumping rate. By reducing emissions, this new technology effectively addresses environmental concerns.
