REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR SUSPENSION SPRINGS

1 - REMOVAL

Lift and support the vehicle with the rear wheels suspended .

Place a hydraulic stand at (A) .

Compress the spring a little .

Remove the shock absorber lower mounting bolt (1) .

Compress the spring a little(On the opposite side) .

Remove the shock absorber lower mounting bolt (1) .

Remove the springs .

2 - REFITTING

Refit the springs .

WARNING : the upper spiral of the spring and the upper cup stop must be positioned towards the front of the vehicle .

Secure the shock absorbers (without tightening them) using new nuts .

PLACE THE VEHICLE AT SETTING HEIGHT .

Tighten the fasteners (1) to 5.7 da.Nm .
