REMOVAL - REFITTING BODY CAPPINGS

(3) Rear trim panel .

(7) C post upper trim .

1 - REMOVAL SCREEN PILLAR TRIM

REMOVE THE SCREEN PILLAR TRIM .

2 - REMOVAL SIDE SILL TRIMS

REMOVE THE SILL TRIM .

3 - REMOVAL REAR TRIM PANEL

Tilt the front seat and move it as far forward as possible .

REMOVE THE REAR SEAT CUSHION .

Remove the fasteners (1) .

Open the quarterlight .

Detach the quarter light seal (2) at the bottom .

Unclip the rear trim panel (3) (At A) .

Tilt the seatback (4) .

Unclip the rear trim panel (3) (At B) .

Detach the rear trim panel (3) towards (C) .

Remove the rear trim panel (3) .

4 - REMOVAL C POST UPPER TRIM

Detach the rear trim panel (At D) .

Remove :

• the rear trim panel (5) fixing
• the seat belt strap guide fixing (6)

Detach the seat belt strap guide at (E) .

Unclip the c post upper trim (7) at (F) and at (G) .

Pass the seat belt strap (8) through the c post upper trim (7) .

Remove the c post upper trim (7) .

5 - REMOVAL QUARTER PANEL LOWER TRIM

remove the quarter panel lower trim .

6 - REMOVAL QUARTER PANEL UPPER TRIM

REMOVE THE REAR QUARTER PANEL UPPER SEAL .

7 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tightening torques :

• tighten the fastener (1) to 2.5 daN.m.
• tighten the seat belt strap guide fixing (6) to 2.5 dan.m
