IMPERATIVE : RFN - 3FZ engines : the wheel MARGUERITE must never be used with summer tyres .

Steel wheel :

the steel wheel (D) must never be used permanently with summer tyres
the steel wheel without insert 7J16 (part number 5401.J7) is not compatible with the non-mixed alloy wheel bolts fitted up to build code 870089
when used as a winter wheel, the steel wheel must not be secured using the mixed bolts fitted from build code 870189

IMPERATIVE : with this wheel, it is necessary to fit: wheel bolts (part number 5405.55) and a trim (part number 9606.PX) .

Snow chains :

with the tyres 225 / 55 R 16 and 225 / 50 R 17, use snow chains part number 9610.A5

3 - UNDER INFLATION DETECTION

3 - 1 - WINTER WHEELS (STEEL)

IMPERATIVE : the pressure sensor for aluminium wheel part number 5430.02 must not be fitted to steel wheels; use a conventional valve ; in this case : the tyre under-inflation detection function must be switched off by modifying the configuration of the bsi by means of the configuration procedure .

3 - 2 - WINTER WHEELS (ALUMINIUM)

If the wheels are fitted with new pressure sensors ; The new sensors must be programmed using the tool DIAG 2000 and the tool PROTOCTAIR (-).1244-B to force the transmission from the pressure sensors .

4 - CONFIGURATION OF THE TYRE SIZES IN THE ABS OR ESP ECU

WARNING : if the tyre size is changed, modify the tyre size in the abs or esp ecu by configuration .

5 - TIGHTENING TORQUE(S)

Wheel bolts : 9 da.Nm .

Pressure sensor : 0,425 ± 0,075 da.Nm .
