REPLACEMENT FRONT SEAT ELECTRIC MOTORS

1 - REMOVAL

Disconnect the battery .

REMOVE THE SEAT .

(1) Slider motor .

(2) Backrest angle motor .

(3) Cushion angle motor ( Rear structure) .

(4) Cushion angle motor (Front structure) .

Depending on the operation :

• remove the mountings (5) of the motor
• detach the drive cable(s) from the motor (6)
• detach the electric motor
• disconnect the motor control connector
• cut the motor supply wires
• remove the electric motor

2 - REFITTING

Re-establish the electrical connection using welding sleeves then insulate using the heat-shrink sleeve .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the operation .
