REMOVAL - REFITTING COMPRESSOR DRIVE PULLEY

1 - TOOLING

[1] Extractor (-).0174 .

2 - REMOVAL

precautions to be taken .

Remove :

• THE DRIVE PLATE
• the circlip (1)
• the washers (2)
• the cotter (3)

Fit the extractor [1] .

Extract the compressor drive pulley .

3 - REFITTING

Fit the pulley and push it fully home .

Fit :

• the cotter (3)
• the washers (2)
• the circlip (1)
• THE DRIVE PLATE

Fit the old nut and tighten it to 3.5 to 4 da.Nm .

Check and adjust the air gap .

Fit a new nut in place of the old one .

Tighten it to 3.5 to 4 da.Nm .
