REMOVAL - REFITTING : SUNROOF MOVING PANEL

1 - REMOVAL

REMOVE THE HEADLINING .

Remove the fasteners (1) .

Slacken the fasteners (2) : Approx 10 mm .

Lower the rear of the sunroof frame to remove the panel .

Remove :

• the stops (3)
• the moving panel (4) from the rear

2 - REFITTING

NOTE : ensure that the 4 pads are present on the moving panel .

Refit the moving panel (4) and the stops (3) in the rail upper slide .

Carry out a moving panel sliding test .

REFIT THE HEADLINING .

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten the fasteners (1) - (2) to 0,75 ± 0,2 da.Nm .
