REMOVAL - REFITTING SUN ROOF HEADLINING

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• THE SCREEN PILLAR TRIM PADS (1)
• THE ROOF CONSOLE (2)
• the sun visors (3) as well as their hooks

WARNING : on a sun visor with illuminated mirror, add a grommet for use on refitting .

Remove :

• THE FRONT AND REAR HANDLES (4)
• the sun roof frame finishing seal (5)
• THE CENTRE PILLAR UPPER TRIM (6)
• THE REAR SEAT

REMOVE THE FRAMES (7) .

Unlock then tilt the seat back .

REMOVE THE TRIM FROM THE REAR PARCEL SHELF (8) .

REMOVE THE QUARTER PANEL TRIM (9) .

Remove : The rear courtesy lamp (10) .

Lower the front seat backs .

Detach the headlining from the door aperture seals .

Remove the trim via the left rear door .

2 - REFITTING

NOTE : two people are required to perform the following operation .

Position : The headlining .

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .
