REMOVAL - REFITTING SIDE AIRBAG SATELLITE

1 - REMOVAL

APPLY THE PROCEDURE FOR SWITCHING OFF THE CENTRAL AIRBAG SYSTEM .

Remove the seat fasteners .

Disconnect the connectors from the seat (According to specification) .

Tilt the seat on the cushion with the rear protected .

Unclip :

• the front side sill trim
• the rear side sill trim
• the bottom part of the centre post lower trim (1)

Pull back the carpet at (A) .

Remove the fasteners (2) .

Detach the satellite housing (3) .

Disconnect the connector (4) .

Remove the satellite housing (3) .

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten the fasteners (4) to 0.8 da.Nm .

APPLY THE PROCEDURE FOR SWITCHING ON THE CENTRAL AIRBAG SYSTEM .
