REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR DOOR FRAME TOP TRIM

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• REAR DOOR SLIDING WINDOW
• REAR DOOR FIXED WINDOW

Lower the window fully .

Remove the trim seal (1) at the front of the door post .

At the rear :

• detach the dirt seal (2) from the trim seal (1)
• unclip the trim seal (1) at points (A) and (B)

Unclip the trim (1) at the rear, then continue over the whole length .

Using a screwdriver blade lift the retaining clips (3) on the door frame .

Remove the finisher (1) .

2 - REFITTING

From Build Code 08512 : New fitting of the upper frame trims .

Using a cloth soaked in degreasing product, clean the surfaces which touch, in the area of the door frame hole (C) and trim .

Using a nozzle, put a spot of polyurethane bonding in the area of the hole (C) on the trim .

Refit the door frame trim .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
