REPLACEMENT OF THE DOOR SEALING SHEET (FRONT AND REAR)

1 - TOOLING

[1] : Chisel sharpened to an angle of 30 ° .

[2] : Roller (Workshop reference (-).1349-G) .

2 - REMOVAL

2 - 1 - FRONT DOORS

REMOVE THE TRIM PANEL .

Front left-hand door .

Front right-hand door .

Right-hand door :

• disconnect the connector (1)
• unclip the connector (1) from the support (2)

Unclip the harnesses (3) at points (A), (B), (C) .

Using the tool [1], cut the rivet heads (4) .

Remove :

• the bracket (2)
• the blank (5)

Gradually detach the sealing sheet and remove it .

2 - 2 - REAR DOORS

REMOVE THE TRIM PANEL .

REMOVE THE REAR DOOR SPEAKERS .

Unclip the harness (6) at point (D) .

Using the tool [1], cut the rivet heads (7) .

Remove :

• the tweeter support (8)
• the bracket (9)
• the blank (5)

Gradually detach the sealing sheet and remove it .

3 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : before fitting the new sealing sheet recover the chips and rivets which have fallen into the door sill .

IMPERATIVE : perfect cleanness of the contact area is necessary on the interior panel, these recommendations are essential to prevent possible entry of water, dust or noise .

Place the closer (5) on the sealing sheet to position it on the interior panel .

Using tool [2], seal around the sheet .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
