REMOVAL - REFITTING SUN ROOF HEADLINING

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the blind (1) .

WARNING : on a sun visor with illuminated mirror, add a grommet for use on refitting .

Remove :

• the sun visor retaining hooks
• THE ROOF CONSOLE (2)
• the grab handles (3)

3 DOOR SALOON

REMOVE :

• the screen pillar trim pads (partly)
• the c-post upper trims
• the quarter panel top trims

5 DOOR SALOON

REMOVE :

• the screen pillar trim pads (partly)
• the centre pillar top trim
• the quarter panel top trims

ALL MODELS

Remove :

• the rear courtesy lamp
• the fixings a quarter turn

Detach the door aperture seals and the boot seal at the top .

Remove the sunroof frame finishing seal (6) .

Fold down the rear seat back rests .

Remove the headlining pulling from the rear of the vehicle(Two operators are necessary) .

2 - REFITTING

Position the headlining correctly .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Clean the headlining with soap and water or white spirit .
