REPLACEMENT PART REAR WING ASSEMBLY

WARNING : all the scoured areas must be protected by the approved electrolytic re-zincing process .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

Removal - refitting :

• REAR BUMPER
• REAR LIGHT ON WING
• boot lid
• REAR SCREEN
• rear wheel
• rear mud guard
• door striker
• door seal on body
• rear seat
• rear seat belt lower mounting
• fuel filler cap, on the right-hand side
• fuel filler flap locking atuator
• fuel tank
• door seal on body

Depending on level of specification, remove-refit :

• additional battery
• AUDIO CD CHANGER
• satellite navigation system assistance cd drive
• audio amplifier

Remove-refit trim :

• rear parcel tray
• rear floor
• part boot seal
• wing inner panel trim
• rear quarter

Detach the electrical harnesses .

Rear wing assembly .

3 - COMPOSITION

(1) Rear wing cut out .

(2) Tail lamp housing asssembly .

(3) Lower wing drip moulding .

(4) Wing moulding .

(5) Rear door striker stiffener .

(6) Door striker captive nut .

(7) Tapping plate retainer .
