REMOVAL - REFITTING POWER UNIT

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS


[1] Lifting table (-).0004 .


[2] Final drive output oil seal fitting drifts (-).0317-T .


Kit (-).0005 :


[7] Pipe with adapter for valve SHRADER (-).0141-T1 .


[8] Tool for unclipping the ball joints ø10 (-).0216-G1 .

[9] Tool for unclipping the ball joints ø13 (-).0216-G2 .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove the styling cover from the engine .

Lower the fuel pressure by connecting the end of the tool [7] to the valve SHRADER; catch the fuel in a receptacle .

Drain :

WARNING : {{n12457}} ne pas vidanger le circuit de refrigeration .

remove the ancillary drive belt .

Remove :


Remove :

Unclamp :

Remove :

Remove :

Uncouple :


Remove :

Move aside :

REMOVE THE CLUTCH CONTROL .

Disconnect :


Fit the lifting plate with its rods under the engine [1] .

Insert the engine setting rods (Using the tools [3] - [4] - [5] - [6]) .


Slacken the bolts (6) - (7) .

Remove the right-hand upper engine mounting .


Slacken the bolts (8) - (9) .

Remove the left intermediate bracket .

Remove the motor .

3 - REFITTING

Offer up the engine with the lifting plate in the engine compartment .

Replace the left intermediate bracket then the top right bracket .

Run up the bolts : (6 - 7 - 8) .

Tighten :

Move aside the lifting plate and the engine setting rods .


Fit :

Tighten :

Reconnect :

Fit :

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .

fit the ancillary drive belt .

Fill the gearbox .

FILL AND BLEED THE COOLING SYSTEM .

Tighten the wheels to 9 daN.m .

Initialise the various ECUs .
