Global warming, air pollution, damages by acid rain, destroyed ozone layer, wasted natural resources... these are examples of the issues imperiling the world. We cannot ignore or dodge through these problems which not only endangers our daily life but also give damaging effect to the next generations. Mitsubishi Motors organized in 1989 "Global Environmental Problem Project Team" and has been tackling with the environmental problems with all our efforts. And today, we are trying to offer the cars less harmful to the earth to countries of the world through our activities in various aspects, covering development, production, sales, physical distribution, and so forth. Our goal is to provide our customers with the automobile which brings rich and comfortable life. May we ask you to give some of your time to think together on what we can do, and what we should do, if this attractive vehicle of mankind is to be developed over long future in good harmony with the environment of the earth.
