REMOVAL - REFITTING BRAKE DISCS

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the wheels .

Remove the brake pads :

• FRONT CALIPER BREMBO
• FRONT CALIPER LUCAS
• REAR CALIPER TEVES

Remove the fixing bolts from the calipers .

Hook the calipers on .

WARNING : do not twist or distort the brake hose .

Remove the fixing bolts (1) from the brake discs .

Remove the brake discs .

2 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : clean the surface (A) of the hub with an abrasive cloth .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Fit :

• the calipers.....(FRONT CALIPER BREMBO, FRONT CALIPER LUCAS, REAR CALIPER TEVES)
• the new brake pads.....(FRONT CALIPER BREMBO, FRONT CALIPER LUCAS, REAR CALIPER TEVES)
• the wheels : tightening torque : 9 da.Nm

Rear discs :

• ADJUST THE HANDBRAKE
• BREAK IN THE BRAKE SHOE(S)
